REFUND & RETURNS / EXCHANGE
We offer 15 days no questions asked return & exchange policy at Rainingjewelrydesigns. We will offer you full refund except the products on promotion or offer period or on sales that will be non-refundable. Return courier charges have to be borne by the customer.
For damage during shipping/incorrect product(s) shipped we will send a replacement once we receive the defective piece from you, return charges have to be borne by the customer.
Products not eligible for return/exchange
- Custom-made products, items that have been altered in any way.
- Products bought during a sale or offer period.
Procedure for return (How do i return a product?)
- Customer needs to contact us through email (email@example.com) and inform us before return process.
- In case you changed your mind and unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please send us back the item with its original packing to keep it safe from damage,
- Once you send us the courier, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning “Return of Order….” in the subject line. Please mention the names of the products you are returning, the reason for return, and provide us a tracking number for the courier.
- We will notify you once we receive the returns.
- You can exchange an item purchased on Rainingjewelrydesigns with another item of same or higher value (paying the difference in price) once we receive the returned product not before that. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Do you have reverse pick-up facility?
- No we do not have any reverse pick-up option as of now; you will have to courier the product back to us. Return courier charges have to be borne by the customer.
What are the conditions to accept return or exchange of item?
- Returns can be made only within 15 days from the receipt of the order at your end.
- Item has to be in original form and without defects.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
- It must also be in Original packing.
Will you refund the money? Or what are the terms to offer a full refund?
- For full refund or exchange; item has to be in original form and without defects.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Product on sales or offered prices items will not be refunded.
What if I receive a damaged product?
- We take great care in packaging to deliver our products safely to the end customer, yet if your merchandise arrives damaged, please email (email@example.com / whatsapp us photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- No claim for damage/ missing product will be accepted without unboxing picture/video that has to be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- If the product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement once we receive the defective piece from you; return charges have to be borne by the customer.
Please note, we will not accept refund and return or exchange for custom made products or items that have been altered in any way.
Sale items (if applicable)
No refund or exchanges/returns allowed for all products bought during a sale or offer period.
How do I cancel an order?
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours. To cancel an order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp on +91-998 2246 456 with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
- In case of order cancellation, when we do a refund for the amount paid the merchant payment gateway charges of 2% (or more depending on the exact Charge) will be deducted from your payment. Since this is a non-refundable charge levied by the payment gateway it will be charged back to customer.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Rainingjewelrydesigns but we always put the customer first.
